Bayesian evaluation for the likelihood of Christ's resurrection (edit 12)

I'm continuing to work on editing Bayesian evaluation for the likelihood of Christ's resurrection.

Things are edited down to the section heading "More examples establishing the Bayes factor of a human testimony." There's also some rearrangement of the materials. I'm taking additional care around here because the dependence question is being addressed here.
