Bayesian evaluation for the likelihood of Christ's resurrection (edit 91)

I'm continuing to work on editing Bayesian evaluation for the likelihood of Christ's resurrection.

I'm still editing things to bring things in line with a full Bayesian analysis with an alternate hypothesis - essentially, the "x =" vs. "x >" issue. I've edited the text and graphs down to chapter 11.
