Bayesian evaluation for the likelihood of Christ's resurrection (edit 94)

I'm continuing to work on editing Bayesian evaluation for the likelihood of Christ's resurrection.

I'm still editing things to bring things in line with a full Bayesian analysis with an alternate hypothesis - essentially, the "x =" vs. "x >" issue. I'm continuing on the section titled "Empirical evidence from the historical figures of antiquity", about to make the comparison with Tiberius.
